Durin found himself in a dream once again.
He was very aware that it was a dream, but he hadn't dreamed in a long time, especially not about his younger years.
In those dreams, friends usually harbored hopes for the future; or everyone would walk out of the cinema together to discuss the plot of the just-screened movie; or during dinner at the High Tower, they would sit on either side of the long table, discussing holiday plans.
Apart from accepting tasks, and the moment of meeting the Blood Sea, the children of the High Tower were no different from kids in regular schools.
But this time was entirely different.
When the alarm bell rang, the students sitting in the dining hall stared blankly at the noisy siren.
