Kassandra's POV
I smiled while brushing my husband's hair as he nestled his head on my neck, cuddling me tightly like I'm going somewhere. He groans, tucking me more.
"Kassandra…" Noah whispered.
My brow arches. I thought he was awake, but he's not. "What kind of dream are you having, hmm?" I whispered.
I brush his hair and enjoy watching my husband's handsome face. None of them was aware that I sent two people who secretly guard and spy on him.
I was aware of how he chases Lady Leticia, which alarms me. That's one of the reasons why I claimed the five villages much earlier than planned. Yes, I knew the king would reward me.
That's why I took that opportunity to claim him after my soldiers told me that he had amnesia and forgot what we had. I told myself I can make him fall in love with me, but first he needs to be tied to me.
I yawn after a few minutes. I kissed his forehead. "Good night."
