"I think I've had too much to drink." Ye Zao didn't reach for more wine but instead looked earnestly at the Fourth Master.
The Fourth Master was taken aback: "What should I say about you?"
A person who is clearly drunk still knows they've had too much.
"Then should we go back?" The Fourth Master asked her with a smile.
He saw Ye Zao lift the wine cup, thinking she intended to finish it.
Unexpectedly, she merely held it by the window and poured it out.
"I have a cup of wine, enough to console the weary traveler, pour it all into the vast seas, offering it to all in the world," Ye Zao said, giggling, "but this is His Majesty's Old Summer Palace! The world can't enter, so let it be for the fish in the world. Hmm, little fishes, I'm treating you to a drink, you all must grow big and plump, tender and ready for me to eat tomorrow."
