In Sylas' opinion, Jala was incredibly foolish. Holding back was smart, but only if you had the capital to do so. If you held back against an opponent you stood no chance against unless you went all out, you were just presenting your head for death.
The reason Sylas didn't use any obvious Skills or methods was to fool Jala into thinking he was likewise holding back a great deal. Was that true? Well… yes. But he also wasn't Jala.
He didn't need an excess of treasures and the like to bridge the gap between himself and his opponents.
But just when Sylas was about to claim victory, the Dungeon seemed to have sensed that the battle was over and saved Jala before he could die.
