Ning Xia barely had time to catch her breath before she hastily looked up and saw the person's face. Her hanging heart finally dropped, and she breathed a sigh of relief, "Oh, it's you, Kris."
She wiped the sweat from her forehead, "I thought I was going to lose my life here, that scared me to death."
Kris had eyes still full of shock, "How come you are here?"
"I saw the news, knew that John Hill was in danger, so I came to see if there was anything I could help with. Little did I know... you would act so harshly!"
Kris seemed not to have expected Ning Xia to come all the way here, he was shocked for a dozen seconds before he finally spoke, "Sorry, I thought you were someone sent by Prince."
