After dropping Wei Chenchen off at the kindergarten, Wei Anning walked to work. She was currently working as a designer at Huan Yu Real Estate. The job wasn't physically demanding, but it was mentally exhausting.
Gong Ting silently followed beside her and brought up the topic from earlier at the breakfast table, "I'll have someone send over the gown later. At seven tonight, I'll come to pick both of you up."
Wei Anning suddenly stopped in her tracks, lifted her head, and looked at the elegantly handsome Gong Ting. "Chenchen was there just now. I didn't want him to overhear the sordid matters between adults. Gong Ting, you know I don't want to go to that place."
"He's your family, Ning'er." Gong Ting gazed at her quietly. When her emotions stirred, her deep blue eyes resembled whirlpools, capable of pulling people in.
