Early the next morning, just as the sky was getting light, Shen Long and Chu Buyu walked out of the Qingyang Pavilion, heading down different streets.
The streets were bustling with pedestrians, most of whom were from the Human Clan.
After more than an hour, Shen Long appeared in front of a spacious red palace, with a plaque reading "Xuandan Palace" inscribed on it.
Striding in, Shen Long found the hall broad and full of light. At a rectangular cyan jade table in the center sat a tall and thin man in a cyan robe and a burly man in a yellow robe.
On both the left and right sides of the hall were corridors made of cyan stone, leading to unknown destinations.
Shen Long strode to the cyan jade table and said, "I wish to participate in the alchemy assessment."
The young man in the cyan robe and the man in the yellow robe quickly stood up. The young man in the cyan robe said, "Senior, please follow me."
