Light load below 50 tons, medium load 50-100 tons, heavy load 100-150 tons.
Light load means that it doesn't impact the creature itself at all and allows for a full sprint.
Medium load can cause some impact on the creature, but it is not too severe and allows for fast flight but not a full sprint.
Heavy load causes a serious burden on the creature, allowing only for movement at basic speed, making fast running impossible, let alone sprinting, and making it easy to enter a state of fatigue.
The above values are doubly enhanced by divine nature strength. Other creatures with 43 strength points have half the capacity.
However, from Gaven's personal experience, the weight capacity of the Cloud Manta is far greater than these theoretical data.
