When Shanoba carried Gaven and led the five Flying Dragons to their old nest, their taming had been partly accomplished.
Due to their body structure being more suited for flight, their nesting habits are more like most birds. Instead of burrowing into caves, they nest atop open cliffs using gathered materials—dry wood, bones, their own dried manure.
You can imagine the smell here; even from hundreds of meters away, it is clearly detectable.
When Gaven and his group reached the Flying Dragon's nest, the massive Flying Dragon was there with six other Flying Dragons, poised and ready.
However, compared to the previous group of identically sized six, these six varied significantly in size. Half barely reached a large size, clearly not fully adult yet.
Nine adult Flying Dragons accompanied by three immature ones, plus two nests of unhatched eggs—this was indeed a sizable clan among Flying Dragons.
