Kelly glanced down to look at the piece of cheque in her hand for a moment before she looked back up to match Elisha's gaze. "What is this for?" She questioned with a raised eyebrow, holding the piece of paper, letting it dangle in the air like it was worth nothing.
Elisha's lips twisted into a smirk. "All you have to do is keep your mouth shut. And that money is all yours. Isn't that easy?" She declared, while Kelly shook her head in disapproval.
"Why are you doing this?" Kelly questioned with furrowed brows as she attempted to probe further. "I don't understand -"
Elisha rudely interjected. "You don't have to understand," she began. "Just let me continue to pretend to be her friend, and when my wedding with Caleb is over and I get what I want, I will never bother her ever again," she stupidly confessed. Although she didn't exactly reveal her thirst for revenge on Alexandra and how much she wanted to humiliate her, that was enough for Kelly to hear and finally understand.
