In the hidden island at the far eastern edge of the Kandam Continent, a small cottage sat beneath a cluster of wind-bent trees.
It wasn't grand, nor particularly pretty, but it was quiet and peaceful.
Inside the main room, the bed creaked loudly, shaking violently.
