"Kire." Erik explained. "He took her out. He knows the nooks and crannies of the entire place. I don't think it was hard for him."
Xaden's red eyes darted to Kire who whimpered and looked down on the ground.
Xaden was baffled.

"H… how did you even come back without her. If you say you found Kire and Marro, then why didn't you look for her? You knew she was still coming and yet you came back."
