Tangtang was utterly oblivious, constantly complaining and whining there, feeling extremely sorry for herself, yet Niuniu still had a silent expression, not uttering a word throughout this whole time. Suddenly, Tangtang felt something was off.
So, she took a glance outside through the small window. Niuniu's silence struck her as odd, and she asked, "Cousin, are you listening to me? Cousin?"
Niuniu had been listening to Tangtang's chatter the whole time, which seemed the same as usual, but somehow, it felt different.
