"Uncle Du nodded, 'As long as you're aware, that's good.'"
The two had a long conversation, until Ni Yang finished half of the book, and Mo Qishen called for her to go back.
Ni Yang stretched lazily and yawned, "Are we going back now?"
"Mhm," Mo Qishen reached out his hand toward Ni Yang.
Ni Yang, out of habit, placed the book upside down on the desk and her right hand on top of Mo Qishen's.
Uncle Du saw them out.
Mo Qishen got into the driver's seat, "Uncle Du, you should head back soon, it gets cold at night."
Uncle Du nodded, "Drive slowly on your way."
"Don't worry."
It was at this moment that Ni Yang suddenly remembered something and turned her head, "Oh, Uncle Du, we brought some steamed buns and lotus root balls from home, I left them on the table in the Tea Room. The Tea Room is warm; it would be best to put them in the fridge when you get back."
"Okay," Uncle Du nodded.
"Then, we'll head off first," Ni Yang waved at him.
