I was planning to do all of these in my home laboratory, but Professor He's words reminded me. The 'preparatory work' in the initial stage can be done openly and aboveboard, so setting up a lab in Provincial City and inviting some teachers and students to work there is completely feasible.
It goes for the home lab as well; these early tasks that aren't secret can be handled by however many people, no problem!
