He saw himself engaged in a fierce battle with someone, a formidable character shining as bright as the sun.
Then he saw several versions of himself appear simultaneously, and they charged toward that sun-like figure... Following that, a drop of blood drifted over, eventually splattering on his face. The blood was cold, so cold that he shuddered and was jolted awake from his dream.
He had just awoken, looking disoriented and shaky, and then he actually fell right off the city wall! In that moment, he was so vividly awake yet so scared. Was he really going to die like this? To die in such a pathetic way!
"Plop." Before he could truly feel the fear, his body had already hit the hard muddy ground. It was a good thing there was no one around, or he would have been the laughing stock of everyone, falling off the wall while sleeping. What a disgraceful situation.
"Oof, luckily didn't die." With that, he sobered up. But then, he suddenly paused.
