Sky Moore listened to Amanda Smith's words, looking at her somewhat excitedly.
Amanda Smith smiled, "Don't think that my words earlier meant that I've promised Lily to you." She twirled her hair, a sly smile appearing on her face, "You should know, there are many who like our Lily... Stay at home for a few more days and you'll see."
She patted Sky Moore's shoulder, "The road of love is quite bumpy."
Yet, in her tone, there was a hint of schadenfreude.
Sky Moore smiled helplessly, "Godmom, are you making fun of me?"
Amanda Smith stood up and smiled at him, her eyes already etched with faint lines, but her smile was warm and still very charming.
