When the phone ringtone sounded, Joel Russo was sitting behind the desk, glanced at the direction of the coffee table, then stood up, walked to the sofa, picked up Arabella Vanderbilt's phone, and saw an unfamiliar number on the screen.
With a swift swipe of his long finger, he calmly brought the phone to his ear!

Arthur Crawford had intended to get straight to the point, but belatedly realized that the voice on the phone was not Arabella Vanderbilt's.
