Going through Raze's mind was the amount of times he had come face to face with Enaxx in the past. Out of all of those from the Grand Magus he had fought him the most.
Yet each time, Enaxx would manage to escape, maybe he had fought so hard to just defeat his clone, or the other Grand Magus would show up.
The story was quite similar for all of the Grand Magus that Raze had come across, with many of his fights being interrupted. At the time, Raze's main goal was revenge and still was, but how was he meant to complete it if he was dead.
So he prioritised survival over anything else, until he knew he wasn't in the situation to fight anymore.
All of the frustration all of the past, it was poured into his attack. The Descending steps which built up his Qi. The powerful Qi he had learnt himself as well as what he had managed to get. Then there was also the Qi that had been given to him by Belil.
