Jane McCain followed Ray Cooper to Wellville Town.
She checked on her phone; Wellville Town is a nearby township of Clearwater City. Normally, a two-hour car ride would suffice. However, due to the recent cold weather, many sections of the road are covered with snow and ice, meaning cars can't drive too fast. It's estimated that the trip will take two and a half hours.
After arriving, they'll meet, chat for a bit, and then spend another two and a half hours to return... A total of five hours.

Ray Cooper was driving, and instead of going straight to Wellville Town, he first went to Juliet Stewart's home.
