Violet Taylor glanced at Vivi before she scoffed and took a seat opposite Anna Louise.
She ignored Anna Louise's greeting, causing Anna Louise's face to turn awkward, but in front of these old friends, she kept her composure.
Instead, she spoke directly, "By the way, why didn't your new boyfriend come along? His name is Henry Morgan, right? I heard he's a newcomer but became famous overnight because of that drama. Why not bring him over so we can check him out and give you some advice?"
Such blatant targeting made everyone present somewhat uncomfortable.
Someone spoke up, "Anna Louise, stop it, Daisy Jade has gone back to her family now! I heard she and Mr. Hughes are very close!"
Anna Louise's expression stiffened, then she scoffed, "Really? But I remember back in school it wasn't like that. How come I recall someone throwing herself at him, but sadly he wasn't interested?"
