"Keira Leaf--! Open the door, forefather won't touch you! I mean what I say!" Zachary Armstrong started shouting outside.
"Do you think I'm a fool? If you're not going to touch me, then why are you kicking the door? Isn't there enough space outside for you!" Keira Leaf replied softly.
"I'm just kicking for fun!" Zachary Armstrong spoke again, giving a reason that was both laughable and distressing.
Keira Leaf didn't waste any more energy talking to him; anyway, she was determined not to open the door.
But the quality of the wooden door was already poor, and a few minutes later, even though Keira Leaf was blocking the door latch, it still loosened from the other side and began to wobble.
'Bang--!'
Finally, one minute later, the wooden door fell off completely from the wall and the entire door panel collapsed.
Keira Leaf felt a tightness in her heart, hurriedly stood up, and took several steps back, looking at Zachary Armstrong in front of her with a fearful expression.
