Chapter 352 - Chapter 352: Steam Bath

All that was visible for the people in Khepros was a mass of steam from the aftermath of their attacks, shielding everything from sight, spreading at each and every corner of their liquid colosseum. Such vapor would cause Khepros to be pushed back, trying to see properly against the newly made mist. Clashes of ash and droplets made on the distance, silhouettes of strangles and shoulder flips to cause the tides to rise again. Hands being visible and cut through such dense fog, yet Khepros wasn't its main target anymore, focused more on the Lost City instead. The people within would have the Scarab glow a yellow light once it makes enough distance, if anything than to make the people see properly against the fog. "We lost sight of the Monsters! What do we do!?" One would ask.

"Can't we just run in there and attack it while its blind?" Another questioned.

"Ah, yeah, and have us be mulch once he uses his Final Gambit, GOOD IDEA!" A Third retorted sarcastically. The people would try to look for such an answer, before Harvard would come to his own conclusion. Since they were hidden in the mist by their scuffle, it acts as a perfect smokescreen to cast his Monster Magic without worrying about being spotted by his parents. Keeping himself quiet, he'd shift his ribcage into wings and took flight, flying by himself into the fray, a watchful eye to see the people that were escorted getting a better view. He merely peaked his head out to see the battle unfold properly, a voice being heard behind him.

"HARVARD!! Are you okay!?" His Mother would cry, causing him to freeze and immediately sink back into the vapor, prompting the two to follow after. They glide through the mist, weaving around and moving at the lands made, with Harvard casting a spell as he willingly lets himself be hit by Atlantis, setting up a hard summon and a fusion with one of his monsters, Tidal. Because of the lingering effects with Terraform, such a summon would be counted as a Lesser Monster, allowing him to halve his energy spending compared to summoning a proper monster. He'd move the fist he was on around in order to weave against the Umibozu, letting the lands now take a more draconic shape, the inscriptions visible on its arms, letting him know the Fusion was a success. A mere smack against the Umibozu was enough to have the water go frantic, having it blow up into a tsunami and force the Sea Monk back. It would try to weaponize the earth instead, creating multiple versions of itself, scooping the ground and whatever molten rock was available, acting as its personal armor to bash into Atlantis, having the Card Magician get off of its arm and swoop down again.

The couple, at the same time, would try to swerve around the Umibozu's attacks, with Limosa gliding down at the waters, letting the spectral hands catch ahold of some rubble and construct a surfboard, watching the arms being made and curving around them. She would scream and holler in joy as she'd see the Umibozu materialize smaller humanoids to swarm and give chase, trying to catch her. "BEST! DAY! EVEEEEERR!!!" She'd squeal, prompting Ichabon to be somewhat nervous as she goes buck wild with her movements. He'd be quick to set up a scroll in order to prevent the beasts from catching up, more Stone hands to push them back, up until Harvard caused the Sea Monk to scatter and sink back down. As soon as the multiple, smaller variants emerged from its depths, Ichabon would cast another scroll, casting its effect onto his wife, letting her take aim as she'd make her hands more human. "FIRE!"

BANG!!!

A cannon. A blast of air that pierced the beast and split it into smaller waves. One by one she'd fire them, and one by one he'd make sure she gets the best aim against the dense fog, both of them working in tandem to help their son. Soot began to softly fall down upon the three, causing them to back away as they'd hear Atlantis' volcanoes beginning to erupt. Harvard would try to swoop in and take the energy from the fog itself, due to it being its aftermath against the two titans clashing. A set of sigils around him as he'd summon the Lesser Monsters: Kyu, Yata, Nue, and Neko. Beasts with winds that expelled from their bodies, from Nue's chest and snake-like tail, to Neko's ears and paws, to Kyu's coat of fur and nine tails, to Yata's claws and beak. All four of them would work with one another, running against the Lost City's arm and trailing after the soot, reaching for the Volcano, casting their winds to capture the rocks that flew outward. Increasing its temperature, the rocks would quickly shift its power into that of meteors, massive amounts of steam being left behind once it hits water, as well as causing major damage to the Umibozu's field advantage.

The Sea Monk was getting more desperate by the second, watching the ocean begin to dry, as well as seeing nearby land around it. He was playing the long game in trying to bar it off from reaching any other bodies of water.

It aimed to the skies upon realizing their plan, pulling the mass of water with it, a pillar of liquid before them, as well as making Atlantis fall over into the cracks of a now naked land. It tries to use the winds to disorient it, but the mass of water was unaffected by such pushes. Once it reached the clouds, it would try to take as much vapor as possible, fueling them, darkening them, birthing storms upon storms down on the land, all to flood the newly made islands and connect it back into the ocean. Atlantis would shoot forth Lava from its body to retaliate, but the Umibozu expected this, aiming the clouds on the behemoth for another advantage it was willing to use.

KRA-COOOOOM!!!!

A direct hit, splitting Atlantis down the middle.
