Chapter 642 - Chapter 642: The Enraged Brother-in-Law

"What are you doing here?" The imposing eight-winged Seraphim stood at the entrance of the pavilion, glaring at Muria, who was calmly sipping tea. The feathers of his pristine white wings were gradually turning red.

"I'm here to chat with Sister Feiyeti, drink tea, and admire the flowers. Do you have a problem with that?" Muria crossed his legs, picked up a cup of flower tea, and sipped it leisurely, looking nonchalantly at Ilvester, whose wings were beginning to ignite.

"Muria, are you interested in a fight right now?"

"No, I'm not. I'm interested in admiring the flowers!" Muria waved his hand dismissively, showing no regard for his brother-in-law's feelings. After all, this guy had never considered his feelings before.

As if not noticing the increasingly fiery wings behind Ilvester, Muria extended a finger and lightly touched a flower fairy hiding in fear of Ilvester.

"Don't be afraid. He looks fierce, but he's actually just like that. I won't let him harm you." Muria smiled gently, comforting the flower fairies who were hiding. Then he took out a head-sized elemental crystal and handed it to the flower fairy.

The crystal, glowing with a dark green light, immediately attracted the attention of the flower fairies. It was the rarest and most valuable type of elemental crystal. It could heal all kinds of injuries and was also a key material for certain strength-enhancing rituals, with a high demand on the market.

For flower fairies, beings nurtured by plants, this crystal was the most attractive, as it could enhance their essence and power.

"What is this..." The delicate little flower fairy asked cautiously, with a hint of expectation.

"This is a tip for serving me tea." Muria smiled. Although he was not wealthy, he could afford some basic expenses. "Take it and share it with your sisters!"

The flower fairy looked at the life elemental crystal, larger than her body, with a shocked expression. She had seen such large elemental crystals before but had never owned one. She looked at Feiyeti with a confused and helpless expression.

"Take it. There's no need to be polite. It's yours." Feiyeti said.

"Oh!" The flower fairy cheered excitedly, then called her companions to move the life crystal together. They had noticed something was off; these little creatures were innocent and romantic but definitely not stupid, especially since Feiyeti had carefully selected them to serve Muria.

"A Titan disinterested in fighting, don't you feel ashamed?"

"I'm interested in fighting, but it has a time frame. After all, I'm not a pure-blood Titan." Muria pretended to be lazy. He had discovered a new interest: provoking his brother-in-law. He enjoyed seeing the Seraphim enraged, as it gave him great pleasure.

Ilvester's anger was completely ignited by Muria's lazy attitude. The Seraphim flames from his wings spread to his body, pushing him to the edge of losing control.

"Ilvester, are you planning to fight here?" Feiyeti frowned. She felt her fiancé's state was off. In her memory, Ilvester was not usually so irritable and angry.

"Sorry!" At his lover's voice, Ilvester's flames quickly receded, and he turned to leave. "Muria, I'll wait for you outside until you have the will to fight."

"You two..." Feiyeti looked helplessly at her fiancé storming off, glanced at Muria, and seemed to want to say something but ultimately remained silent.

"Sister Feiyeti, this is between Ilvester and me. We'll handle it. Don't worry; we'll have a resolution soon. After that, I might not bother you anymore." Muria smiled, put down his teacup, and with his golden dragon wings spread out, flew towards the city.

"Young men always like to fight. Is this how men build friendships, as described in books?" Feiyeti wondered.

"Ilvester, keep up! Don't fall behind. Same old place!" Just as Ilvester was finding his footing in the air, Muria, transformed into a golden streak, flew past him towards a snow-covered mountain range in the distance.

"Hmph, you'd better be careful not to fall behind yourself." Ilvester snorted coldly, turning into a crimson streak to follow.

In the desolate mountain ruins, filled with craters, fist marks, and ravines, the culprits responsible for its devastation returned—one golden streak and one crimson streak. Before the light faded, the two streaks clashed violently.

The massive shockwaves spread out, melting and scattering the snow. The battle resumed just like before, but this time, both parties had an unspoken understanding not to use weapons or armor.

Two beings of noble blood fought in the most primal way, with fists. But soon, like the first battle, when they sensed a familiar presence, they stopped simultaneously. Mikaela had arrived, and just like last time, the fight ended abruptly.

"You two are at it again. This is the third time!" Mikaela said angrily.

"It's not really a fight, just a sparring match. Didn't you see? We're not even wearing armor or using weapons." Muria explained with a smile.

"Just a regular sparring match, nothing to worry about, Mikaela."

"Really?"

"Of course." Muria and Ilvester said in unison. Thus, the matter was settled. Time passed, and the outer city of the Frost Giant City was almost complete...

"Muria, don't you think you're going too far? This is the fifth time you've secretly visited my fiancée for tea."

"I openly flew in. What do you mean by 'secretly'? Do you even know how to use words? If not, don't use them, illiterate." Muria sneered. "Besides, I'm just having tea with Sister Feiyeti. Why are you so tense? Don't you trust your fiancée?"

"Of course, I trust her, but I don't trust you." Ilvester glared at Muria.
