After arranging to send the letter, Mr. Fisher changed into a suit, donned a gentleman's hat, picked up his hand cane, and took a carriage to Turnan Street. His destination was the bustling Pink Hall.
But upon arrival, he did nothing, merely standing in front of Pink Hall for about ten minutes, then slowly made his way toward Full Moon Church on another street.
The Full Moon Church was quite crowded that Saturday. Mr. Fisher found a spot close to the wall where fewer people gathered and sat down, quietly watching the bishop lead the congregation in prayer.
Before long, a beautiful woman clad in traditional attire entered the church doors. A small western hat was perched on her head, with a little white veil hanging from the brim, covering the pair of beautiful eyes above her nose.
That lady was Anna from Pink Hall.
