Abhi:(What should I do now...? I have to make sure he doesn't confess anything to her. What if he already did... and she accepted? Then what about me? Where do I stand?)
BACK TO REALITY –
Ishana: Abhi! Abhi!
Abhi: Yeah, what?
Ishana: Where are you lost?
Abhi: Nothing... just thinking about a patient.
He needs immediate treatment or he might make things worse... for me.
Ishana: Worse for you? What are you even saying?
Abhi: Hmm... I just meant if his condition gets worse, it'll be harder for me to treat him. That's why I said that.
Ishana: Oh, okay...
(Divyansh folds his arms and watches Abhi carefully, picking up on the double meaning in Abhi's words.)
Divyansh:(Thinking: If I'm not wrong, this guy likes Ishana... and that "patient" he's talking about—is me. So he wants to remove me from his way? No chance. I'll take care of him before he tries anything stupid. And how dare he touch her like that!)
Divyansh: What if that patient makes you regret treating him?
Abhi: I'll make sure to fix him properly... so well that he won't even need to come back to this hospital again.
Divyansh: Be careful of psychos though... if he does something crazy, you might regret even trying.
Abhi: You don't need to worry about that, bro. I can handle myself just fine.
(Both men stare at each other for a moment—tense, silent, a clear power struggle. Ishana blinks, looking from one to the other, totally confused.)
Ishana: What are you two even talking about? I can't understand a single word.
Abhi: Nothing... just talking about a patient.
Ishana: Wait... you both are working on the same patient?
Abhi: No, no. We were just... sharing thoughts about how difficult some patients can be.
Abhi: Anyway, why are you here?
Ishana: Oh! I almost forgot... Mom sent lunch for you.
(She hands him the neatly packed lunchbox.)
Abhi: Lunch?
Ishana: Yeah, but... now that I remember, you just came back from lunch, right? Okay, I guess I'll go then.
(She turns slightly to leave, but Divyansh quickly speaks up.)
Divyansh: It's okay if he doesn't want it... I haven't eaten yet. Ishana, would you like to have lunch with me?
(Before Ishana can respond, Abhi steps forward with a forced smile.)
Abhi: No, she won't. She's having lunch with me.
Ishana: But... didn't you just have lunch?
Abhi: Oh, I didn't eat properly there. I'm still hungry. Let's go.
(He gently grabs the lunchbox and starts walking ahead, expecting her to follow.)
Divyansh:(Thinking: What's wrong with this guy? Who eats two lunches in a row? He's clearly doing this just to ruin my plan. This guy's serious competition...)
