They had done enough, and more than this, she feared the severe backlash that she and they would suffer.
Furthermore, since her God Mode Fusion was no longer active, she feared that Sera could notice them inside her soul. Sera might do something she did not want to happen. So, Sera should not know about their presence, and she hid them inside her soul realm.
With that being said, she lay back down and pulled Megami back into her soul realm.
