Dorian's gaze burned into Nemia's as his heart skipped in his chest. She'd just stated in front of the board how she wanted to make them official, fully mated. The beast in him roared in excitement and bashed against his mind. Claim. Mark. Mine.
He wished like hell the Slavia couple had been the last ones to introduce themselves, though he was sure no one at the table would have expected such an answer to have come from her. But God's was he ecstatic that she did answer like that. Now, he just had to sit through these introductions for Nemia. He could just point, say names and the corresponding department but he figured Nemia wouldn't be too happy with him if he did do that. So instead, he just sat back in his chair and waited just about as patiently as he could. He was just ready for the meeting to end now.
He could feel Nik pressing into his mind. 'Dude, how are you containing yourself right now?' Nik pestered mentally.
'Years of containing rage can give you some incredible restraint. Though I won't lie, I want this damned meeting to end.' He confided in his mind to Nik.
Nik's laugh echoed in his mind for a moment before it was finally filled with words. 'I could only imagine. Though I doubt anything will happen directly following the meeting.'
Dorian could feel that there was something that Nik wasn't saying and dorian's eyes cut to him subtly. 'Why do you think that? She obviously wants to...'
'I'm not saying she doesn't, but she wants to go home.' Nik replied back and Dorian almost jumped straight out of his seat but managed to just make it look like he was readjusting instead.
'What?!' His mind roared back at Nik.
'Chill, she just wants to get some clothes. At least that's what she said. She may be missing her normalcy though. I mean, she has just kind of been thrown into the deep end in the most recent past and has had a few mind breaking revelations to go along. She insists on going herself, and I think you should let her. Go with her if you must, but let her go. Don't send someone like I know you want to.' Nik pressed in Dorian's mind.
Dorian relaxed a bit. 'She can get her clothes. Her bring her belongings here only solidifies her wanting to accept me even more. Though yes, I will be going with her. I refuse to let her out of my sight if she leaves this property. Honestly even within this property I want my eyes on her... Just mo-
Don't. Just don't finish that one. I don't want to hear how you want to look at her.' Nik laughed inside their minds before they cut the connection as Nemia was getting to the last member of the board.

The next one to introduce themselves to Nemia was a slender man with a darker complexion and dark brown eyes. "Norman Juminex, Head of Tech."
Another large man stood, this one looking similar to the driver, Sebastian, that she had met the day before. Though his complexion was more of a chestnut skin tone instead of just deeply tanned. "Baron Jermiah Knolls, Lead Investigation Specialists."
"Kora Bakir here, Head of the Regional Communications Division." A silver haired and eyes woman stood with thin, pale luminescent skin. She looked ethereal, an odd beauty.
Then, the woman who had called Nemia, Donovan's prize stood with a shining smile. "Natalee Histara. Head of the Global Communications Division." Her tone was almost sultry and her deep lavender eyes were only made brighter with the raven colored hair that framed her petite face, long and straight.
A large man followed in Natalee's wake, standing up just as she sat. His head was shiny from the lack of hair and his eyes were of a pure white. Everything about him seemed absolutely flawless. He was imaged perfectly. "Mikael Nibaram. Head of Interstellar Communications Division."
"Interstellar? Then that must mean..."
"Yes indeed, I am."
Of course there was an angel working with them. Why wouldn't there be? There was a demon here as well, she just didn't expect such a wide range of creatures to be leading the C.J.L.S. She knew there was potential for it, she just didn't realize how many new species had come in to the Romanian Providence in the past decade. Though she supposed they could have always been here, she just never heard of many other creatures outside of what are considered the basics or commons. Even sirens were considered uncommon in this part of the world. But an angel? That's a rarity in the entirety of the world.
Moving on, though reluctantly, she settled her eyes on the last board member. This one looked the most different from everyone else at the table, though there was a slight similarity in him and the demon Desmond. He was also the same man that yelled out Hail Sol Invictus when he seen her mark. The man was the shortest among the group and had a deep purple skin tone with a lighter purple marking designs into his skin. His eyes were a depthless black and he had a long set of horns shooting out from his forehead and curled up towaed the sky. "Treston Traslish. Head of our Illicit Evidence Acquisition. You bag it, we tag it." He gave a toothy grin.
Nemia nodded her head in acknowledgement and stood, "Thank you all for those introductions and letting me know which is your areas of expertise. It helps a great deal. But now that that is our of the way." She looked around at the room full of faces. "Malcolm and Kyth should be our top priority. I know not all of you has viable means of helping but if there is anyone you may know that could help, please ask. We need to find them before Kyth reaches his goal of getting his true form back from the witches that took it from him.
Baron Jermiah. Your investigative talents will prove to be the most helpful and so will yours Nico." She turned to her right slightly. "The entirety of the Communications department will be a big help in finding out what others have seen if any others have seen. Mikael, using the Interstellar network will make it easier in finding movements, get us eyes in the skies. To everyone else. If there is anything you can think of that may help in getting this done as quickly as possible, that would be glorious."
Nemia took in a deep breath. Realizing how fast she took the helm and it didn't even feel like a struggle. Now, she just waited for the backlash she expected to get back, though was surprised as everyone nodded their head. Even Julianos and Borash, though she still wasn't sure about the two of them. I'll mention my suspicions of them to Dorian later. She thought to herself, risking a glance at Dorian who was staring at her intently.
She could only imagine what was going through his head right now. She knew he had to be overly tired of this meeting still going on, especially after she dropped the bomb that she was ready. She was tied of the meeting now too, but had to save face. Luckily though, that was the last bit of information that was needed here. "Dorian, is there anything you would like to add?"
"Absolutely not, everything has been covered. Now, everyone out." He waved everyone out of the room and not a soul questioned him or made a single squeak of arguments. Everyone, including Nik stood and started to shuffle their way out of the door aside from Natalee. She hung around for a moment and waited for the others to be completely out of the room.
Nemia knitted her brows. "Something the matter Natalee?" Dorian broke his gaze that was burning into Nemia.
"No.. well.. yes, but no. Just... I wanted to warn you. Julianos and Borash.. they are a very, dauntingly capable force if they have a sight set. I seen how Julianos looked at you when he seen a taste of your power displayed in that video. I don't think he is stupid, but when he wants something... I just wanted to warn you not to trust them."
Nemia relaxed a bit but could tell Dorian tensed at the thought of her being anywhere near danger. She put a gentle hand on his shoulder but didn't look away from Natalee. "Don't worry, I already had a suspicion to not trust them. But if they knew what was wise, they'd leave well enough alone and keep the filthy hands away. Unless they wanna lose them." She shrugged, thoughtlessly. "I'm not scared of them, that's for sure. But thank you for feeling like you needed to warn me, I'll keep what you said in mind." She smiled. "Now go have a good rest of the day."
Natalee beamed at Nemia for the recognition and looked between her and Dorian for a moment. "I think the two of you are gonna be the best power couple, I can taste it." Her eyes flashed a deeper purple and a wave of need pulsed through Nemia.
Dorian made a low growl that reverberated through the walls of the room and shook Nemia to her core. "Get those filthy games outta here Natalee!" He growled out and gripped at the edge of the table, the wood splintering in his hands. "Control is hard enough without it." He groaned.
Nemia was warming up on the inside, the heat rushing from her core taking control. She'd never felt like this. She stared at Natalee as she winked and spun around, prancing out of the room. "W-was...? She's a succubus..." Nemia breathed out. Holy shit.
