"Ugh, ugh, ugh!"
In the dimly colored forest graveyard, the sound of the mud creature continuously echoed, adding a bizarre eeriness to the place.
The crew members, with extremely tense expressions, spontaneously huddled together, aiming their gun barrels at the surrounding trees, feeling that something bad was about to happen.
"What's this guy doing? Could all these trees have turned into rope creatures?"
Just as Charles wondered where exactly the noise the other had made was coming from, a strange rustling from deep within the forest caught his attention.
First, a flaxen-brown rope dangled down from a tree branch, swinging gently from side to side due to inertia.
This was just the beginning. More and more ropes appeared from under tree roots, beneath leaves, and all around the forest, creeping closer to the crew each time their field of vision changed.
Soon these ropes coalesced into human-like shapes, silently and oppressively converging on Charles from all directions.
