When Old madame learnt of what had occurred, she felt dizzy from shock. How could such a thing have happened. Sasha was barely hanging onto life when she was found. Both she and Soraya were rushed to the hospital. And to make matters worse the whereabouts of Reina is unknown.
Old madame can only cry and beat her chest bitterly.The news of what had happened soon spread everywhere. This was not a joking matter. Whoever has so much audacity to make an attack on members of the Zelkowicz family must have eaten the heart of a leopard to be able to do something like this.
The Zelkowicz clan is not a force to contend with. They have their hands and eyes everywhere and it was even rumored that they're involved with the mafia gang.
Belgium City
Harry walked out of a conference hall when he's met with the anxious face of his assistant waiting for him. He was holding an iPad and quickly approached Harry upon seeing him and said,
"Sir, you need to see this". He gave him the iPad.
Puzzled, he took the phone and what he saw and read on the screen made his eyes widen with fear and panic. His hand trembled, unable to maintain his usual cold composure for a moment. News of what had happened was already making headlines .
"Get the plane ready now. We're leaving". He ordered.
While sitting in the plane, he took out his phone and when he switched it on, there were numerous missed phone calls.
Because he was having an important meeting, his phone was placed on mute to not create any distraction. One thing that caught his attention were the several missed calls and voicemail from Reina.
He proceed to listen to the voicemail and when he heard the fearful and frantic voice of Reina on the line, his heart dropped.
"Harry, please help me. Please help me. I'm really scared".
His hand shook, hearing the gunshots and screams at the background. His continued to listen to the other voicemails till the last one.
"Harry, l think I'm going to die. I'm so afraid. Help me".
His eyes were red with pain and heartbreak. He loosen up his tie, unable to breath, feeling suffocated. He wasn't there for her when she needed him the most. How terrified must she have felt and he couldn't do anything about it.
City Hospital
Old madame, Soraya and Sasha's parents were at the hospital, waiting anxiously for news from the doctors. After a lengthy operation, Sasha was moved to the ICU. She was in a real bad shape unlike Soraya who got off easy with a broken arm and a bruised forehead.
"Old madame must give us an explanation. Who dares to do this to my daughter?. They have to pay for hurting my child like this". Sasha's mother cried in anguish.
"Linda, don't be rash. What happened wasn't Old madame's fault. I'll surely not rest until I get my hands on who did this to our daughter". Her husband Alfred Famazani vowed while consoling his wife who was crying incessantly.
They were the parents of Sasha.
"I feel ashamed for what has happened. My Zelkowicz clan will surely give you people an explanation" Old madame spoke.
When Harry landed in the city, Darwin was already there waiting to pick him up at the airport. Seeing his friend's distressed yet cold appearance, Darwin felt even more pissed.
Sitting in the car, Harry asked, "Any news on Reina's whereabouts?"
Darwin shook his head. They're still trying to figure out what happened and the ones who can provide information are still unconscious at the hospital. Harry closed his eyes in despair. He can't stand not knowing where she is and every moment of not being able to rescue her puts her life in more danger.
"Harry, please don't despair. We will surely find her as soon as possible". Darwin assured him.
"Hmm" Harry nodded.
Meanwhile at the mansion, Old madame who had been stressed by what happened was being checked by the family doctor.
"Old madame should take it easy and not be overly agitated. It's not good for your health", The doctor advised. Old madame sighed as she popped a pill into her mouth and flushed it down with a glass of water.
"My old bones can still withstand this hard time".She uttered.
Lady Mina diligently massaged her legs to make her feel better. The moment Harry walks in, Old Madame' eyes light up and she quickly got up with a little difficulty. "My grandson. You're back."
"Grandmother, please be careful".Harry hurriedly walked to help her stand more stable. He guided her back to her seat and sat beside while still holding her hands. Old madame turned her to look him with sad yet loving eyes and cried.
"It's good that you've returned. You have to quickly find and bring back Reina. Promise me that you'll do everything possible to bring back that girl unharmed. Even if you have to turn this city upside down, do it."
Old madame grabbed Harry's hands tighter and spoke in a frantic voice, her eyes filled with urgency. If anything happened to Reina when she was in such a delicate condition and her grandchild is lost, she wouldn't know how to take it. The child has been conceived after such hard efforts, she can't afford for it to be lost. In the end, it wasn't Reina she was worried about but the child in her belly that she cares about.
Harry was surprised and a little puzzled at his grandmother's words and expression. She wasn't one to be this kind and worried about the life of Reina but despite his suspicion, his expression didn't show and he nodded. He assured her, "Grandmother shouldn't worry too much. I'll surely find her and bring her back safe and sound". Old madame smiled
"My good grandson. Your grandmother is glad to have you". She said, patting his hands affectionately.
"Your wife is now out of danger. You should be sure to visit her later. It wouldn't look good if you're not there by her side". Harry nodded, agreeing to visit the hospital later.
The moment he got to the Lake house, he headed straight to Giselle's place. He wants to know what happened during the day before the attack. He found Giselle sitting in her wheelchair looking worried and distraught while Nina was crying at the side. Since she found what happened to her mistress, she has been feeling guilty and crying nonstop.
"Brother, you've returned!?"Giselle exclaimed, surprised.
The moment Nina saw Harry, she quickly run to him, got her knees and begged fervently with tears and snot running down her face.
"Master, please save my mistress. She's in danger. You have to quickly save her now. She's pregnant with your child. Please save her".
Harry's eyes widen in shock at what he heard and he staggered back a little.
