"I have to fight someone sealed away. I do not know who or what it is. I just know that it is half a day journeys away for normal people. Since my strength is much higher than most, I can probably cut it down by half.
There are two things that I am worried about. First, I have to gather several things in order just to enter the area. The seal will not be broken. Second, the area itself is surrounded by different types of terrain making it where only cultivators can enter by flying but the attacks from the beasts are all ranged or flying beasts." Rex explained.
The women looked nervous. Not because they were worried about Rex but the area he was talking about was mostly filled poisonous creatures. They heard the horror stories of those who survived and how one attack being dodged leads to thousands.
"Who or what lives there?" Lilith asked.
Rex did not know. He had never heard of any Quest like this either. It was not a fluke but the amount of research that he could do was nil.
No one kept their journals throughout that area. No one wanted to write down what happened during their attempts to fight a few creatures there.
"Can we fully accept the proposal if we barely know what is there?" Iris asked.
Rex was about to speak when he got the death glare. He stayed quiet.
"What we all know is that the area is dangerous. Rex can probably run through the areas and not get stopped. The biggest problem is that we have no idea what lies beyond those boundaries." Amber spoke up.
"Not only that. We also need to fight inside the area because the possibility that the creatures will attack the area where Rex will be in is high." Margaret spoke.
"Most cultivators say that half of the journey through there is a quarter day. If we take into account that Rex said a half a day journey into there. We may not be able to teleported through normal means. So that leaves us with entering the Demon Realm and coming back once Rex is on the other side." Violet spoke.
Rex was glad that they were talking that they could try to help him out. He was unsure if they actually could do anything or not.
"It is not like they are weak. They are very strong together plus with Fenggo having Poison Soul Qi, that could help." Rex began to think, "By mixing it with different Soul Qi, they could have different ways to spread the poison or make sure that they are protected."
Rex looked at Fenggo. She immediately felt his gaze. It did feel like a cold, calculating gaze with a warm fuzzy feeling inside of her.
"The best plan is to ensure that all of you are protected. Not because you are weak but the unknown is too strong. So, I need you all to practice with Fenggo. She can use her poison to create fields of protection. Having it being the same around is dull.
So, each of you need to practice with her. To ensure that the poison has different types of protection while also enforcing the fact that you all are working together."
The women found this to be reasonable. The left for the Demon Realm to practice the poison.
Rex checked the notification of the Final Quest for the Eighth Realm.
"Fight the Being Sealed Within the Eighth Realm Quest"
"Navigate to an area that is considered dangerous territory to the Eighth Realm. Within a small area the seal is still intake and stronger than ever."
"Items needed for the Quest: Heart of a Lowly Beast, Blood of a fallen leg, the fur of a Winter Beast, the head of an unknown fox, and the final piece is the blood of Rex drawing the seal to open the door."
Rex was slightly terrified. None of these items were truly available in the market nor were they able to be procured easily. He did hear of one person killing a fox like beast but nothing else.
"Time to research and hopefully get some answers." Rex thought and headed to the study of the Oracle.
