The Holy Eight

The story follows a teenager named Akira Danielle Alaire, who was born and raised in Canada. Throughout her life, she has struggled to do anything ordinary. Never following the latest trends or whatever people around her did, never fitting in with her classmates growing up. Thus, developing a reputation for being a "loner". Bullies would try their hand at her, but usually would end up passed out. From a young age, she could see things that others could not see, and those who could see them were surprised she could. This, in turn, led her to become part of an organization that deals with the truly bizarre. She begins to develop friendships for the first time. But eventually finds out she was never alone. There was someone always watching. And they continue to watch her.
