After Rune passed Lilieth's Trial of Strength, there wasn't much left to do. His last opponent, surprisingly enough, had ended up being Third Princess Sarasha. However, like all the warriors who challenged him before, she too was frozen by her instinctual fear.
"Feel free to wander the castle and do as you like. The next trial will take some time to prepare and won't be ready until tonight."
That was what the Queen had told him after they left the colosseum. He could even to around the city and do some sightseeing if he wished.
Staying inside the castle was fine. Princess Sarasha was still prickly whenever she and Rune ran into each other, but she had also softened up quite a bit. She didn't actively try to target him anymore. It seemed strength really was king in Albion.
Still, even if the atmosphere was a lot more welcoming, Rune still didn't want to stay cooped up in the castle.
'It would be a shame to visit a Kingdom like this and stay cooped up inside...'
