The Tau Database is something that will revolutionize world, not just weapons the agriculture information while a needing to be translated to Earth Crops could solve world hunger, But their are down sides to actually implement all this technology we need to completely change the infrastructure of Britain to even supply the basics materials.
Thankfully with the material generator part of my workshop gave me the basics enough to make me a set of Tau Battle Armor and Las Weapon. In addition I think in a couple of weeks I can make a shield generator to cover the island.
When Stin went over the Tau tech she thinks she will be able to make Large scale Railguns for orbital defense with the current level of technology with the help of the Fusion reactors and she could launch small satellites into orbit.
Retribution strikes against the Nazis have begun, Jet Bombers have been going day and night. The mars cannons have launched 100s of high explosive rounds at the French coast and German held airfields/encampments.
The magical division has had one main purpose to develop automated enchanting machines or to allow non mages to use enchanted objects more reliably and they succeeded in both somewhat.
For automating the enchanting process the mage division and the engineers biggest hurdle has been having precise cutting implements and with the beginnings of laser cutters from the fallout database. The only problem has been we can only use them on large scale objects like tanks for now do to the newness of the technology.
As for charging the magical implements X-com has made a converter that changed electrical energy to magical energy allowing non mages to power and use enchanted equipment.
Besides the converter and enchanter Magic R&D have begun developing magical weapons, Flamethrowers that spew hell fire or notice me not charms on stealth fighters.
D-Day has also been planned from what I can gather, we have been ordered to develop our drop pods ready and tested by September. In addition we have had some transfer into the department from naval research as they and some half bloods of some older families have been asked to develop enchantments to improve the navy.
July 25th, 1940
While resting on a Sunday Stin and I where pulled from our private home on the island that their was an emergency Phone call from Stewart.
Stewart-"I need you in London immediately The King and Churchill have decided to dissolve the magical independence based off some treaty from 100s of years ago and are going to announce you and magicals Monday morning."
Rin-"What the actual fuck, why is he doing this now and not after the war."
Stewart-"Their was an attack on his majesty's person by one of Gellerts fanatics and that broke an agreement made during the 1500s so the king is going to take this by the reins and announce magic to the world. So we are seizing the The Ministry of Magic tonight and securing the island from any non native magical, including Diagonal Alley so be ready for a fight. So I need you to gather the magical brigade and get here now.
The commonwealth has also been alerted to the situation and has prepared similar statements the world over, their native magical population has their own government that are also going to be seized. So the veil is going to be lifted soon and with it the magical war is going to get a lot worse."
Rin-"Fine but I'm bringing some of my private equipment just to be safe, as I have made some interesting things for commando and private guard use."
Stewart-"Fine I really do not care if you come wearing a clown suit juts get here now, we need to write up a statement."
I then alerted Stin and the other magical soldiers stationed teleported to my home in London and made my way to the FOB which was non other than the Ministry of Defense.
I was wearing my T'au armor (With British Iconography) and Stin in her full Tech Priest regalia holding a Cog Axe surrounding here was the 5 Servo skulls. The men were wearing standard British Infantry outfits but more modern and equipped with FALs and enchanted armor.

500 of us popped into the Ministry, Stewart had another 200 men already their shouting out orders.
Stewart-"What the fuck are you wearing, never mind Rin you take half the men are going to secure the Ministry while Stin is going to the Alley with rest to secure the area their these are the main two locations we need to worry about till Monday then we begin to secure the rest of the island." As he looked over at Stin who was loving getting to wear her new tech priest robe that she had improved based off the fallout and T'au tech.
I sent Stin off with words of good luck and not to kill to many civilians who just rolled her eyes and teleported to the Leaky caldron.
I just made my way to the depths of the ministry building where the oldest of the building is and found a old wooden door which read [Ministry of Magic].
Rin-"Men, you are about to change the world, we are about to fight our country men. Most will be civilians and old men but do not underestimate them they all are equipped with wands or other magical implements. Now, aim for wounding not kill shots but if they try to kill you defend yourself."
