A world that was once a game is now a reality for me, this world or game back in my old world is about conquering and becoming strong which is typically a fanfic thing right? Well, the game changer is that this world has an assortment of elemental affinities and nobility, in the game you start as a noble child
You get to pick any Pokemon that is in a specific amount of money that you can buy, for example, a typical dragon type costs 400 gold which is not that much if said dragon is a druddigon, anyway in a 400 gold you can get 4 fire types, 4 grass types, 4 water types, 2 dark types, 2 psychic types, etc., of course, there are rarities for those types but essentially the comparison is like that
Remember that you must make your Pokemon strong, and getting your Pokemon costs a lot! Saving up, in the beginning, was a basic way for a starter to have a rank of around 8 gym badge Pokemon, which is not a lot if you want to be strong
So, to compensate for that you get to try finding treasures, sacred places, and challenging special pokemons, so yeah, a lot of variability and such
And although i have this much knowledge i am not that great at the game but i can say i am decent with 4 villages under me, which is a great background for a student like me
Anyway, back to the rebirth stuff, i reincarnated as a child of a baron who doesn't have that much background and backing but is quite strong for a small territory
My father is called Sullivan Tenebrous and my mother is called Elaine Fireshard, my father is a baron and has a Pyroar that is ranked around Elite 1 badge, a Pangroro 8th badge Pokemon, an obstagoon another 8th badge Pokemon, and lastly his Sableye that is also an 8th badge pokemon
Even though my father has a dark type team my bright mom still fell for him because of another stupid reason like a pyroar submitting to a stronger pyroar in this case her female pyroar submitting to my father's male pyroar
And even though my father only has 4 Pokemon, my mother has less than him, which are pyroar, cast form, and a rapidash all of which are 8th badge Pokemon, somehow my father subdued my mom and had 4 children
3 males and 1 girl, and im the 2nd one of four children of his, now let's say that my father died… hope not, but anyway let's say something happened to him, who will inherit the barony? Well, it's my oldest brother, or my brother or sister.
And how come im not in the fight? Well, i excitedly declared it in the house while eating with the whole family, which cast various reactions, from joy, and curiosity, to doubt and all i asked for was a thousand gold
Which is not a lot? For a noble but it is enough for me to start what i have planned in mine
"Are you sure that you don't want to fight for the title?" my father asked seriously
"Yehp, i don't want the title but a simple living house and some money to spend until I've grown to a proper age"
"Are you sure brother? This is the barony were talking about" my older brother asked me
"Of course, i am sure brother"
After that talk, my siblings became interested in why i didn't want to get the title since the title itself has various VIP treatments, which i reasoned that i just wanted a simple life 'with strong Pokemon of course'
Anyway, after getting examined if i have an affinity, i immediately thanked my lucky stars that i did what i did because my affinity wasn't even part of any of my mother's and father's affinities which are, dark and fire-type affinity
"So i have a minor affinity with grass type, lesser with dark type and fire type"
"Its because u keep sleeping in that tree that's why you have that *pff affinity"
"and worst of all your best is minor only!"
"HAHAHA, stop that you guys, even though he has a minor affinity and we have upper grade medium affinity we are *pff still *pff family, HAHAAHHAAH"
"AAHAHAHHAah"
"AHAHAHHA"
All my siblings laugh at my predicament which i can't blame, since it is minor affinity but a triple affinity is better than having only 2 which are medium and lesser affinity
My sibling's treatment of me became… something that i don't want to engage in since it's the worst treatment i have ever had, but my parents mostly my mother still warm to me and i am grateful for that, and my father is still as stoic as ever has been
Thanks to him, i managed to have 1500 gold, which is better than the game but a lot worse than my siblings, but it is what it is, anyway, i got a good deal on getting my 2 main pokemons which are Ferroseed and Cacnea
