From MC's Perspective:
After returning to my room, I began to get ready. It didn't take long for me to take a cold bath. I stepped out about 20 minutes later. Then I changed into fresh clothes and wore the Silver Tower Mage robe on top.
A few minutes later,
I came to the lobby and informed Manager Lara. She immediately arrived upon hearing my call. I thought she was nervous for the duel as well.
"Vincent, are you ready?" Lara asked.
She didn't know how well the newcomer was prepared.
Hearing that, I smiled and replied, "Lord Lara, don't worry. I will defeat him."
Lara sighed inwardly. She didn't know where his confidence came from. Since last night, there had been overwhelming support for Tom Doyle.
She found that betting was open at the Magic Arena as well. She then turned towards Vincent.
"Apart from the duel, the Magic Arena also conducts betting. People have placed their bets on Tom Doyle. So far, no one has made a bet on you," Lara said.
