After that first day back in the capital, the three annoying beauties moved permanently into my house.

This was not my initial idea, as I had thought they would probably move somewhere near the labyrinths or Delia's clinic.

But, after consulting with me and Delia, Alessia proposed that they move into one of the empty rooms in our house and they agreed.

I thought it was a fantastic idea.

After all, this way Alessia and Delia could have extra protection at all times.

The three annoying beauties integrated perfectly into our routine and, in addition to taking care of my girls' protection, they are in charge of checking the clinic's patients for concealed weapons and managing the order in which people enter the clinic.

This left Alessia with almost nothing to do at the clinic, as she now has the sole task of accompanying the Saint while she carries out her cures.

However, my first girlfriend no longer seems bothered by that.

Besides, Delia now needs to be accompanied at all times, as the trauma of what happened to her makes her tremble uncontrollably when left alone with strangers.

I'm sure that sooner or later she will be free of that burden, but until that happens we won't leave her alone again at any time.

But that change in Alessia's role at the clinic is not the only one that the presence of the three annoying beauties in our lives has brought, as now they and my girls have started to mention several times their intentions to go on their own to the labyrinths when I am not with them.

An idea that they know is not very pleasant to me but that they want to carry out anyway.

At the moment they haven't had a chance to carry out their plans, since these days I have been present to go with them on the days Delia is not working at the clinic.

But I know that, if I want to continue with the smart clone plans, sooner or later I will have to start traveling to the other kingdoms.

And that will take me away from them for several days. Probably sometimes even for weeks.

The only detail of my girls' intention that gives me some peace of mind is that they assured me that they will only go to fight on the floors we have already explored.

Which, considering the current stats of my girls, should not pose any challenge for them.

What surprises me the most is the fact that Delia also agrees with the idea, but she has been much more motivated lately about training in the labyrinths.

It's probably because she's outraged at the fact that there's a demon in the Drial Cenit kingdom and how its existence ruined Alessia's childhood.

Those details seem to ignite an anger I've never seen before in my dear fox girl's eyes.

On the other hand, Alessia doesn't seem to care at all about her heritage or her relationship with Drial Cenit, as she says she's completely happy being our love partner and that she doesn't need anything else in life but to have the two of us around.

I don't know how sincere she will be in that regard, but at the moment I have no interest in delving into the subject.

I was worried that she might take the decision to take revenge in a much more direct way, but fortunately she agreed to let me be the one to decide how to eliminate the king of the Drial Cenit Kingdom.

According to her, as long as the one responsible for her mother's death dies a miserable death, everything else doesn't matter.

And I am all for that mentality of hers.

Now that I have a clearer mind, thanks to being off the energy potions, I find it much easier to remember some of the details of the smart clone's plans, and I can see that perhaps I have been focusing too much on increasing my physical strength, neglecting other important issues.

That is something I will correct soon.

Inexplicably, despite having given up the energy potions and no longer being negligent about my sleep schedules, I still have hallucinations about Beatrice's blue dot on my interface map.

But that's probably just a remnant side effect of my abuse of energy potions that will sooner or later go away.

And, if it doesn't, it's not particularly concerning either.

Ultimately, all this hallucination does is make me see Beatrice's blue dot on my interface map for a few seconds every so often.

What is concerning, at least according to my girls, is the contents of the letter we received this morning.

In it my parents informed me that they have finally settled in the capital, coincidentally in a house that is a few blocks from Delia's clinic, and that they want to know where we are living to pay us a visit.

Given the simplicity of the letter's content, I responded promptly.

Only after sending my reply did I inform my girls about my actions.

I was very surprised to see the reaction of Alessia and Delia, who suddenly had the idea that our house needed an emergency cleaning.

They quickly set about cleaning and beautifying the house as if their lives depended on it.

From time to time, they asked the three annoying beauties and me to help them with various tasks.

That's why Delia and I were just finishing waxing the kitchen floor when suddenly we heard a knock on the door.

We were so distracted with our chores that none of us, with the exception of Alessia, reacted to the knock.

"I'm coming… Just a second..." says Alessia, nervously heading for the door as she motions for us to stop whatever we're doing and sit down somewhere.

Delia and I obey and go to sit in two of the kitchen chairs, but the three annoying beauties just lean nonchalantly against the staircase railing.

Irina, Zia, and Miria look at Alessia's attitudes with amusement but also direct curious glances toward the door, probably wondering what the people are like who cause their friend to behave so strangely.

Before opening, Alessia, with sudden concern, looks at herself and adjusts her clothes a bit, after which she opens the door and says, "... Welcome!"

In the entrance are my parents, who enter and look around curiously.

"Hi, honey..." says my mother as she gives Alessia a quick hug.

"... It's wonderful to see you."

My father greets Alessia with a smile as she walks into the house but doesn't say anything.

They both continue to observe every detail of our house until their gaze falls on the three annoying beauties.

' - More women? I'm definitely going to give that brat a good beating. He's incorrigible. How can he make my Alessia suffer like that?'

' - More women? It seems Emir is really serious about building his own harem. A part of me, the more childish part, envies him, but fortunately the more realistic part of me understands that a harem brings more problems than benefits'

My parents' gaze is fixed for a moment on Irina, Zia, and Miria.

Moment when suddenly it is heard with total clarity.

"So these are the little monkey's rich old parents."

Miria's words are merely a whisper, undoubtedly aimed solely at Zia.

But, by some strange auditory phenomenon, they were heard as if she had said them aloud.

"Who are you calling an old lady, you rude brat?" My mother asks with a cold, dangerous tone of voice.

"Sorry, ma'am. She didn't mean it," says Zia, who steps forward to apologize for her girlfriend.

But she slips on the freshly waxed floor and falls flat on her face in front of my mother, hitting her head and being momentarily knocked unconscious.

Seeing what happens, my mother laughs at the girl's misfortune. "It seems that not only are they foul-mouthed, but they are also incredibly clumsy. That's a dangerous combination, Emir. What were you thinking, seducing these sluts?"

"Hey, old lady, I don't care who you are. Nobody laughs at my girlfriend to my face. Apologize!" says Miria, her face red with anger and embarrassment, since what happened to Zia was due to her coming to her defense.

"Apologize? Why should I apologize? The truth doesn't offend, my dear," says my mother mockingly.

"Well, I'm going to give you a real reason to be offended, you smug old hag!" says Miria, stepping forward with an aggressive air.

But somehow she trips over her own legs and falls on top of Zia, who was starting to get up, so they both fall at my mother's feet.

"Girls! It's Alessia's boyfriend's mother. Control yourselves a little..." says Irina, looking at her friends with a frown.

Then she looks up to look at my mother and says, "... Ma'am, I think there's a misunderstanding. We do-"

But in mid-sentence she gets tongue-tied and ends up spitting at my mother.

At her mistake, Irina looks very apologetic and hurries to apologize, "I'm sor-"

"I'm sure you are, cutie," says my mother, interrupting her, taking a fluid step forward and turning on one heel to deliver a swift flying kick that impacts Irina's head.

The girl takes the blow without moving from her spot but appears to be stunned by the impact.

To complete the task, my mother sends her to sleep with a quick punch to the face.

Upon witnessing their friend's aggression, Zia and Miria hurriedly stand up.

However, my mother swiftly intervened, delivering two swift blows behind their necks, causing both girls to lose consciousness.

The whole exchange lasted a few instants.

My father did nothing while everything was going on and just looked at my mother tenderly.

As if that kind of display of unnecessary violence is just what he loves most about her.

Delia seems very surprised by the brutality of my mother's actions and looks at Alessia and me as if wondering if we shouldn't have stopped the fight.

' - God must love Emir's parents very much... Ultimately, what happened to Miria and Zia at the beginning can only be understood as divine intervention.'

But Alessia and I both know that trying to stop my parents from doing something is like trying to block the rain with your hands from getting you wet.

It's something you can try, but not accomplish.

So we just look with a mixture of pity and empathy at the now oblivious three annoying beauties.

"Okay. And now that I'm done with these damn home-wrecking bitches, where is that wretched product of my loins?" says my mother, very annoyed at the way she was greeted.

"Hi, mom. Good to see you too," I say, greeting her with a strained smile, on guard against my mother's possible intention of turning me into her new punching ball.

As I speak, Alessia finally begins to move towards her fallen friends, taking advantage of the fact that my mother now has me in her spotlight.
