Danica could feel the dryness in her throat; the unfamiliarity was gnawing in the back of her head, and her eyes had given up blinking for a second. Despite all these, she tried her best to stay calm as if killing was as normal as coffee in the early morning of Mondays (and it was normal, for her, by the way).
Her grip around the trigger tightened a little, as if her fingers were itching to pull it off and kill the man right then and there.
But no, again, she was generous here.
It was exactly thirty seconds later; the man slowly turned, and so did the sun in the background. Danica's lip loosened up and twitched, while her eyes started to blink in surprise and her throat had now plopped down, puddling around her golden strapped heels.

"Alfred?" she muttered.
