The same dim star point suddenly appeared in the sky, and in the Astrology Tower at the top of Sky City, an elder wearing an extremely plain gray Magic Robe, with half-transparent spiral whiskers, closed his eyes and spoke in a flat tone.
Strangely, his voice rapidly faded away as soon as it left his body.
"Preparations are complete, Brents; the Mages tasked with the mission have already reached the positions you mentioned. As soon as the Empire experiences the disturbances prophesied, our people can rush to investigate immediately!"
After a moment, another voice, sounding quite hearty, came out of the void, as if an invisible person heard his words, and then responded.
"Don't be careless, Orvani. The Net of Destiny has encountered unknown disturbances, and the original trajectory has begun to deviate. Even though I have made temporary remedies, I could only slightly twist it back a bit."
