Ryuko Tatsuma has a little brother who cause her and family problems because the little guy is a battle maniac who always wants to challenge who he consider strong and because of this he always get into trouble, fighting a thug in the street, beating a delinquent/bully, attacking a villain, and lastly challenging a hero in a fight.
