When Wu Li walked back to the Martial Arts Hall, it was already surrounded by police.
A group of people were shocked when they saw Wu Li, and then seemed relieved, which made Wu Li feel a bit amused.
In truth, Japan wasn't actually that concerned about Wu Li. It was just that the timing was too sensitive. Should anything have happened to Wu Li, Japan would have been the prime suspect, making it look as if they had resorted to dirty tricks because they couldn't defeat Wu Li openly. Their reputation would have been completely ruined, in addition to inviting a host of troubles.
So, once they had confirmed Wu Li was fine, they asked a few routine questions. Wu Li casually dismissed them, and that was that.
