The elder dragon descended with a grace unexpected for its enormous size, its wings beating rhythmically and sending vibrations through the earth. The knights and adventurers gripped their weapons tighter, their eyes fixed on the creature as it landed with a thundering impact just outside the town's boundary. Dust and debris swirled into the air, briefly hiding the dragon's form, but once it cleared, the view was truly awe-inspiring.
