Ahn Tan had so many worries and regrets at the moment of death. As much as he hoped his wife would be spared, he knew the possibility was zero to none. He hoped his kids would forgive him and his wife one day for abandoning them. He felt awful as the Cha siblings had to lose their guardian and home again. He would apologise to his friends when they met them in the afterlife for not keeping their kids safe and for not taking revenge on their behalf.
