When all hope seemed to be lost Lysander stepped in and ripping Iris from the fire. "You fool this is for the betterment of beastmen. One female is a small price to pay. The abandoned will be saved and can love again.

I landed in the square where other followers of Andrew were waiting. "Do you have any idea what you have done boy?" Andrew asked getting in a fighting stance. "I saved the woman I love and our offspring. By now they have left your efforts are for not Andrew."
