*SHIIIING-SHIIIIIIIIING*
The sounds that the lightning was making above the clouds was peculiar. It sounded like a whetstone being scraped against and iron sword to make it sharper. Meanwhile, Philip was breathing heavily as he catch his breath.
「 Philip! Are you okay? 」
"No, I'm not... But I'll be fine."
Emily was surprised when Philip answered honestly and he didn't even tried to sugarcoat it.
"What did I miss?"
「 Well, a lot! You received two abilities and an item... 」
Before Emily could continue, Philip interrupted her.
"We'll talk after this tribulation. I'll also tell you what happened to me."
「 Okay... 」
Emily didn't talk any further as she can feel that Philup is very angry right now and he is quite different from before.
"I'm angry now Emily... I need to cool myself down!"
Emily didn't reply. She waited at what will Philip do. Philip then stood up from his kneeling position. He looked up at the sky with a glint in his eyes.
"Come!"
The white lights started to travel towards the center of the swirl of clouds where Philip is directly below it. The lights swirled and and crawled in a spiralling manner and its speed kept increasing the seconds. Until then, the lights were so fast that the surroundings and the clouds were flickering rapidly. And then,
*SHIIIIIIIIIIINNGGGG*
The 「 White Lightning 」, or rather, a beam of white light came down towards Philip. The diameter of this lightning beam was a few times bigger than the violet lightning. The whole surroundings were covered in bright blinding light that made Erica and the others cover their eyes even though they are several kilometers away right now. One could say that this lightning strike looks like the true orbital air strike that came from a satellite.
Philip just stood there nonchalantly. He stared at the incoming beam of light with a menacing glare. He lifted up his right hand and placed his middle finger under his thumb while the rest of the fingers were pointing upwards.
As the white lightning came down, Philip flicked it. Yes, flicked it.
With the 「 Overload 」 and the 5th gate currently activated and opened, the beam of lightning was blown away back to the clouds. The clouds disappeared and a huge hole in the clouds appeared from where Philip flicked. The pressure pushed the energy of the white lightning and the clouds along with it to space.
What was revealed at the center of the hole was Charles. Countless lightning strands were swirling around him and his eyes were glowing white while red lighting constantly poured out of his eyes.

「 Photonic Horizon Lightning. The lightning that accompanied the matter ejection from black holes and quasars. The one that demolishes. 」

Before Philip could continue, Charles showed change in his body as a faint roaring sound could be heard from the sky. The clouds began to converge back to Charles and before Charles could be covered, he was enveloped by a black light.
"Black lightning..."
*ROOOOOOOAAAAARRRR*
A roar echoed across the sky as the clouds turned pitch black and the surroundings got even darker. Black lightning could be seem diving and crawling within the clouds. Philip could see it because the black lightning had a distinct color of black and had a faint purple glow on it.
[Dragon Language has been activated]
"What?!"
Philip was surprised when Dragon Language was activated. He didn't expected this because he never thought that the black lightning was a dragon. He only thought that the roar in the sky is due to the effect of the sounds that the black lightning made.
"You have done good coming this far, mortal. But I'm afraid that this is the farthest that you can go."
*KSSHHHKK-KSHK-KRROOOOOOOAAAAAR*
Then, the 「 Black Lightning 」 came down towards Philip as it roared. Philip was genuinely surprised, the lightning didn't looked like an orbital strike or anything else, but it really looked like a dragon, a dragon that had no definite body shape. Its body are only streaks and branches of lightning as the head of the lightning resembles the head of a dragon as it opened its jaw wide towarda Philip.
Philip was about to flick the lightning once again, but he felt something inside him. He smirked as he knew what was happening. He put his right hand down and crossed his arms on his chest.
*ROOOOOOAAAAAR*
"Who dares oppose our Master?!!"
*ROOOOOOAAAAAAAR*
"You have guts for going straight through Master before going through us!"
*R-R-ROOOOOOOAAAAARRR-R-R*
"Don't you know who we are?!!"
There were three massive dragons that came out of Philip from his ability 「 Summon Pet Companion 」, is what Philip expected. But what came out were chibi versions of the Breaker Dragon, Immovable Dragon, and Essence Dragon that are hovering in front of Philip.
The Breaker Dragon, even in its chibi form, was quite long. It's length was enough wrap Philip arm completely with its thumb size width. The Immovable Dragon, however, was quite big even though it's in its chibi form. Philip could hold the half of the belly of the dragon in his palm and left its legs dangling. The Essence Dragon was different, it only had a size of Philip's palm. Its size is like a hand that is showing 3 as three fingers are up.
Philip couldn't help but stare at these dragon with a poker face, but Emily's reaction is different.
「 They're so cute!!! I wanna touch them! 」
Even though these dragons are cute, the black lightning that was supposed to be a dragon had a different reaction. It considerably slowed down as it approached Philip.
*ROOOOAAAAR?!*
"Geh?!! The Abyssal Dragons?!!"
Philip ears perked up after he heard the black lightning.
"Yes that's right!"
"And this person right here that you are trying to strike is our Master!"
"Now, you should now what to do and go back!"
The three dragons shouted one after the other.
"Understood! But I can't disobey him, so I'll continue on. Please be gentle against this lowly dragon."
The black lightning roared as it accelerated once more towards Philip. The three chibi dragons then hovered up towards the incoming black lightning and blocked it.
Not even a second later, the black lightning immediately disappeared as soon as it touched the chibi dragons.
Philip was disappointed as he didn't heard too much about these chibi dragons from the black lightning. But he heard a particular phrase, the one that he can't disobey somehow.
"Who's "him"? Is it Charles?"
「 It seems that is the most likely. 」
"I see..."
[Congratulations! You have deflected 「 Black Dragon Lightning 」]
「 Black Dragon Lightning. The lightning that holds the universe together, including the fabric of space, time itself, and the dimension. The one that gives balance. 」
"So that's why it can communicate with the chibi dragons and activate the dragon language..."

"Emily, wait... I think these element sword are very important, let's talk about these later."

The chibi dragons then went back in front of Philip while hovering.
"Master, we have repelled the Black Dragon Lightning."
The Immovable Dragon said in a rather cute deep voice. Philip nodded and went ahead to pat the three dragons with his fingers.
"M-master??"
"You guys are cute. I'll give you names later."
Philip said in a monotone voice and with a poker face. The three chibi dragons were delighted to hear that their master will give them names and they had a cute expression of bliss in their faces as Philip patted their heads.
「 OH MY GOD!! They're so cute!!! I'm so jealous of you Philip! 」
Philip however still had his poker face but his eyebrows began to knit together as he kept on resisting because of they're cuteness. Philip can't afford to accidentally deactivate his 「 Overload 」 state and close the 5th Gate of Wrath. There was still two lightning tribulations left.
The three chibi dragons then came back inside Philip as per orders of him. There was still some time left before those dragons were healed anyways.
Then, the clouds in the sky change drastically. From once was an extremely dark atmosphere and pitch black clouds, the clouds became whiter and the surroundings became lighter.
*haaaaaaaaa*
Upon hearing that sound, Philip left eyebrow was raised. Philip strained his ears to listen carefully.
The clouds became brighter as seconds came by and yellow glitter-like particles started to fall from the clouds. Yellow beams of light them came down from the clouds like spotlights. These beams of light seem to not do anything but give light.
*kkkrrrrrkrrrrr*
The sound of the lightning was faint, and then yellow lightning began to swirl around the center of the clouds. No, it's not yellow lightning. Upon Philip's closer look, it was a golden lightning!
Then, when Philip came to that realization, the clouds seem to notice it, and then,
*HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA*
Golden beams of light fell down against Philip while there was a majestic voice that was singing in the background in her upper head voice, it was like angels singing when you entered heaven. Philip also felt like he was in a spotlight as four beams of light aimed at him, the beams of light seem to not do anything.
*haaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAA*
Then, the majestic singing voice became louder and more majestic as the golden lightning finally came down.
*KRRRKKRRRKRRRR-TIIING*
The sound of the lightning could only be faintly heard because of the loud chant that the clouds were making.
Finally, the 「 Golden Lightning 」 struck Philip without him being able to deflect or resist it.
Gold particles surrounded him with four beams of golden light aimed at him, and the golden lightning enveloping him with him at the center with a shocked look on his face.
