Once again, they found themselves at an impasse.
They had searched the entire island and found nothing unusual; where could they find Sage Yue Qing and Grandmaster Xiang?
"Perhaps the place they were heading to isn't here?" Lu Mingshu pondered, "This island shows no signs of human activity."
"I'm curious, where exactly are we?" Xie Xingchen was intrigued, "Do you think we are now in Beiming, in the Nine States, or some other unknown realm?"
"Another realm." Lu Mingshu replied without hesitation.
Xie Xingchen asked in surprise, "How come you answered so quickly?"
Lu Mingshu answered, "Because each realm has a different feel to it."
This was her experience from multiple travels through realms.
Lacking such enlightenment, Xie Xingchen suggested, "If this is another realm, should we find a native to ask about the situation?"
With no better idea, Lu Mingshu agreed.
However, after searching everywhere, they found no one. As they ventured a bit further, they saw only desert.
