Ambition of the Immortal

Ambition of the Immortal follows the story of Qing Ming, one of the very few true immortals in all of the land. He has cultivated to the absolute known peak of all living beings over a span of countlesss thousands of years, finally reaching the status of True Immortal after endless trials. Only, that was a very long time ago, and he is completely stagnant in mind and body. Qing Ming appears as a fourty year-old middle-aged human on the outside. He travels through space-time, traversing many realms with a single thought. Himself and some others have become too powerful in the vision of universal law. It's about that time again. Every one billion years, the one who controls everything erases all life and reverts everything back to as it was in the beginning. Our immortal should have gone back with everything else, as even though he was a peak ascended immortal cultivator, the creator was much more powerful still. At the last moment, Lin Daz was able to comprehend a nano second of the time reversal and slow it down even further, realizing what was happening. During this micro blip, he gathered every ounce of power and fiber of his being to fire a fragment of his soul faster than the speed of light towards the edge of the universe. Part of his consciousness was able to physically leave the universe as if to leave a bubble. This miraculously went unnoticed by the creator, who had become 1% complacent over his 100 billion years as the strongest. As Lin escaped the universe, he simultaneously gained wisdom that upgraded his soul to something that exceeded the abilities of any other living creature previously. There was another universe. The old universe was only a smaller universe inside of an infinitely more vast one. What sort of adventures await Lin, and will he ever be able to return back home?
