Sirius: Taming the Personal Assistant

Nina Avanthika was a feminist and a strong supporter of Women in Games and Women in Tech. Her nemesis, was Sirius Software. A relatively new game development company that made the most problematic games she had ever seen - filled with gratuitous sexual violence and objectifying female character models. Full of idealistic fervor to change Sirius Software from within, Nina jumps at the chance of being hired as the personal assistant to Sirius Software's elusive and enigmatic founder and CEO, Aaron Zakhrov. Nina soon realizes that she's in over her head. Aaron Zakhrov is not just a young, tall, handsome and intimidating man, but is also ruthless, and brutally efficient in his technocratic methods to protect his company from activist infiltrators like her, with an oppressive employee contract, an ironclad NDA and a Draconian dress code of skirt-suits and high heels, all enforced through crippling fines, sophisticated monitoring and extensive surveillance. As their imbalanced working relationship progresses, Nina finds herself drawn to Aaron's worldview. The skirts-suits and heels she is forced to wear, awaken an identity within her that she didn't know existed. Nina starts to change her wardrobe to incorporate black leather blazers, pencil skirts and thigh high boots, feeding her new-found sense of self and dark appreciation for Aaron's authority. Under Aaron's powerful influence, Nina becomes his loyal leather-clad lieutenant and faithful personal assistant ready to give reign to her own repressed desires.
